Shipping & Delivery

We utilize the USPS for our shipping needs. We have found that they are able to offer the best prices for our customers. Additionally, we are extremely satisfied with their delivery time and low loss percentage. We only charge actual shipping cost and don't add any extras. All trackable losses are insured by the USPS and we ask that you contact the USPS before contacting us for losses. We charge only actual shipping prices which are automatically quoted by the USPS to you upon checkout. We will attempt to provide tracking numbers if at all possible.

First Class - Items weighing less than 13oz will be shipped first class package service.

**NOTE** In most cases, items that are shipped first class will not be shipped in gift boxes. The items will be shipped without excess packaging.

Priority Mail- Items weighing more than 13oz will have to be shipped priority mail.

Privacy & Security

We take every step to ensure our customers are able to shop our site in a secure setting. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize.net's secure encrypted servers. We never record or store any credit card data. Our site requires the use of cookies to store your shopping cart information and other details to process queries. We never share any of our users information with third parties.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns on all of our items for your money back or replacement. All returns must be in new condition and accompany all packaging it was received in.

• Seller is not responsible for return shipping when not at fault(defective/wrong item)
• Return period is 30 days from date of sale.
• A restocking fee of 20% will apply to any return in which Acid Tactical is not at fault.

Ordering

We accept orders via our website, email, or over the phone. We accept all major credit cards, paypal, or money order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All website pricing does not include shipping charges. We charge actual cost through USPS. All promotions are subject to change. Orders can be cancelled at any time for any reason at our discretion. Refunds will be provided through the payment method used.
